Members in Exile – Stratford Men’s Group

 

Stratford Men’s Group would like to develop a method to allow all of our “members in exile” to continue their participation with the group.  One idea would be to set up a way for you to act as a “temporary sponsor” for any current member who may be visiting or working in your area.  To make this work we need your involvement. 

 

We will set up a contact list of volunteers by location who would be able to assist current members visiting your area.  This is a controlled list (not available online) that will be given directly to members prior to their visit.  The visitor will be responsible for making contact; however, we will let you know by email if your name has been given to someone.  You may similarly have access to the same list if you are traveling into an area where we may have other members.  The result of this is some good 12-step work and hopefully an excellent method of keeping everyone in contact.

Our group has a strong tradition of service work. If you are able to make a six month commitment for any of the tasks listed below, please let us know.

 

We need your support in developing our Members-in-Exile list.  If you know the email of anyone who has moved away from the area, let them know about this site and our needs.
